Started to take cbd about 1 year and a hafl ago , for some chronic pai i had in my joint and ligaments, i was 144kilos , so almost morbidly obese, after 3 4 months of cbd pain was mostly gone but most important i started to skip breakfast didnt think about it too much , weight didnt actually went down maybe a little 2 4 kilos, then I started to research keto and intermitent fasting but wasnt convinced, took me another 2 3 months to start keto, i started wrong with a atkins diet and that was 2 weeks of hell. Now Im 96 kilos one year later , feel better than ever and still take cbd daily still on low carb but not very strict , my target weight is 85 kilos but I m not in a hurry . CBD did this possible for me and made it easy and feel natural, just last week i found out I can actually run faster and longer than 25 years ago… and no Im not exercising every day or live a very healthy life.
