Dearest doctor my name is Frank I have two adult children with mental issues that have been treated quite successfully with CBD oil!! Here's my problem my home state of Maryland grows manufactures and processes medical marijuana as medicine, But the nursing agency and or healthcare provider that takes care of my daughter and DDA. of Maryland is telling me that even if marijuana goes 100% legal they will not administer it to my daughter my state sells medical marijuana for medicine and they are refusing to let my daughter have any CBD of all things which has no THC and does not get you high & can be bought over-the-counter!! harmonysmiles109@gmail.com PLEASE HELP!!!
