There's dozen of other states doing it and studied it. Hell the lifetime of human civilization has studied it. What seems to be the hold up Minnesota besides frivolous excuses
First of all if kids get ahold of an edible candy that’s on the parent. That’s not on us for it being legal. It’s already legal in how many states. Why shouldn’t ours get this tax money?!
What's stopping a kid from drinking a open beer on accident? Stop with that Lame argument, you know a very large % of people are smokers. It's called responsibility, you don't leave edibles laying around. Just as you wouldn't leave prescription pills sitting around.
