Ahh, Senator Kirsten Gillibrand.
The same Senator who repeatedly peddled the false 1-in-5 statistic about female students getting raped on campus. And then later admitted that she didn't know what the real number was.
The same Senator who invited "Mattress Girl" to the State of the Union address; and who the next day wrote in the Huffington Post that this girl had been raped at Columbia University…. despite her rape accusation having absolutely no evidence.
The same Senator who defended "Jackie," the female UVA student who lied about being gang raped at a frat party.
The same Senator who supports denying due process when a male student is accused of rape.
The same Senator who supports "affirmative consent," which essentially criminalizes all sexual activity as rape.
The same Senator who supported bringing a million refugees to the USA.
We don't want your brand of snakes anymore. You see what happened? We'd even rather have trump over the likes of you. Get the hell out of our politics you pieces of trash. We know that you're just another corporatist. You're not fooling the American voter anymore.
Title 21 is not positive law, and under Article 1 section 8 (17), their jurisdiction is only ten miles. And a plant is not a manufactured drug, to which the FDA was to monitor. People should have the right to personal use same as alcohol and should be able to use the oil for health as well. And unless someone causes damage to another there is no crime. That is the reason the alcohol prohibition was changed is because it violated constitutional rights.
