  1. Hi Jodi, I feel like I need to respond to this experience yours. I myself also take pain medicines and have also had many of these horrible experiences you just had. It always depends on the pharmacist you have or even the place you are filling your meds at. Im sure you know but just in case you dont I wanted to mention that you can ALWAYS change pharmacies. I had a terrible pharmacist at one point that tried playing Dr herself. This pharmacist would not release even though the DR would approve it. She would hide the actual orders in the system somehow. Fortunately there were others that worked with her that knew "of her" but I just switched pharmacies so I never had to deal with that again. It doesnt help the pain of withdrawal one feels while their big "oopsies"happen though. I always think that if these pharmacist could only experience even one day of withdrawal from Opiods they just might have a bit more compassion for those of us who are DEPENDENT NOT ADDICTED on these pain medicines.

  2. I'm so sorry you have gone through all that with the pharmacy…….as if you don't have enough to deal with!!! Some people just don't care anymore! This Ole world is a mess!!

  3. I also noticed your way of speaking is very much like us in Britain, you're the only americanyoutuber I know to use the term "bloody cold" for example. To most people that means literally covered in blood!

  4. We always also suggested a palliative care team. They will fight for your rights too. They will not change any meds or anything else unless you require it. You can still do treatment etc. Report it to your plan administrator

  5. I saw this and it made me ill. I am so sorry that happened to you at the pharmacy. As far as I'm concerned, let me preface this by saying I'm a chronic pain patient myself, and I know our situations are a bit different however, the pharmacist job is to fill my prescription that my doctor wrote. My medical treatment is between myself and my doctor not the pharmacist. The pharmacist can check for mistakes but it's none of their damn business what I'm taking. It's so humiliating and when you're in pain it's barbaric for them to do. If you need someone to advocate for you please let me know and I will give you a name of someone that is in one of the pain groups. I bet it was Walgreens😳 Much 💜 to you…turn them in!!!!!

  6. Your makeup is amazing. I have never spent that much time on makeup ever!! You look so much better. Thank you for spending time writing your letters & talking to people so problems don’t occur again💓🙏🏻🙏🏻💕

  7. I use to be a mouse, when it came to speaking up about things like this. But, now I am a lioness ! LOL I won't be ugly but, I will get my say. People want to blame everything on Covid now and, I for one have had enough of that . I was treated so rudely at Lowe's the other day … trying to buy a washer and dryer and since I had breast cancer surgery and heart problems I wanted to know if they had for sure a washer/dryer in stock before I went out there to purchase it. I asked for a manager, after customer service was rude to me and told him why I didn't want to come, if they didn't have them and I didn't want to wait weeks if they didn't. He was more rude, than the other guy and I needed one so bad ( my dryer stopped working and I needed a stack washer/dryer ! If I had not been looking everywhere and couldn't find what I wanted I would have told him what he could do. But, I when out there and bought it and I told everyone I could how rudely I was treated. I was very nice until this happened . The guy in customer service told me I didn't appreciate that they where busy etc. and Covid had everyone busy. I said yes, I do and all I wanted was for someone to call me back when they had time to look. and, he got nasty . So I hung up on him. I still need to write to Lowe's headquarters and tell them. When I got there to the appliance dept. I had the sweetest little lady wait on me ! Never had I had anyone be anything but nice. We live in North Alabama and we are supposed to be kind not rude to people ! I told him before I hung up that I pray that he never has cancer or health problems that he has to worry about things like I do and if he ever does to please remember me, before I hung up on him! I wish I could do something for you besides pray, but we both know that is a great thing too. Jesus bless you and keep you ! I prayer to The Father Son and Holy Spirit every day and night for them to help you, heal you and comfort you ! With love I wish you all the best and you hubby, too !

  8. I'm so sorry that your pills were late and no one would listen that's tragic and it hurt my heart to see you so miserable sending healing white light and prayers my friend 💗💗

  9. I was mom’s advocate, I am now my dads advocate. Last time he was hospitalized last time my niece called me bc he had ordered food an hour previous and still hadn’t got it. My dad doesn’t like to cause trouble so didn’t say anything to the nurses. I told her to give me the number for food services because I Understand they get busy but no ma’am not with my dad. She gave the phone to my dad and I heard her from his room telling the head nurse he still hasn’t gotten his food and that unless they wanted to deal with daughter someone needs to get him something to eat. He told me on the phone later she was just like me. But he got his lunch and when the nurse called them with his dinner order she timed them and they were at the exact time they said. I always veer off topic I’m sorry.

  10. So glad you addressed the issues. If it helps one other person you have done a wonderful job with what God put on your plate. Sorry you were chosen but God doesn't make mistakes. He wanted you to complete this task. Thinking of you.

  11. Thanks for sharing your journey! You truly are very brave and a source of inspiration. Just looking forward to the time none of us will be sick anymore 🙏💃😷
    Revelation 21:3,4:
And I saw the holy city, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying: “Behold, the dwelling place of God is with man, and He will dwell with them. They will be His people, and God Himself will be with them as their God. ‘He will wipe away every tear from their eyes,’ and there will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the former things have passed away

  12. Years ago, a big name pharmacy gave my wife 2 shots in the same arm, which became VERY swollen. I took her to the doctor clinic and the doctor went ballistic and called the pharmacy corporate office to give them heck about what happened. Found out later that the young lady who gave the shots was no longer there. I've never used this pharmacy again since.

  13. Hi Jodi:) I’m sorry you had to go through that with the pharmacy. You will help others, maybe they won’t have to go through that. Thank you for sharing your new home with us! It’s beautiful! Enjoy your weekend.❤️Sending you lots of love, hugs and prayers!!❤️🥰🙏

  14. I am so glad that you are feeling better and that your “concerns” were heard ! Loved seeing your new house again. It seems like such a good fit for you, and no stairs 😊👍

  15. Next time you see your doctor or even now you could call and talk to him about this, but have him give you a prescription for say 10 morphine pills or how ever many you would need for a weekend and keep them in your possession for back up. Always have a good week worth of meds in case of a shortage or failure on the pharmacy end, you aren't sitting there without your meds because of it. That's what I did, my doctor was fine with it. There was a shortage a couple of years ago and I couldn't get my medication for a week but because I had backup I was ok. You look much better! I love your hair!

  16. Jodi, you are looking so much better. It’s great to see you up and moving again. It’s wonderful to speak up for yourself. There are so many people, men and women, who take whatever they are given. If more people spoke up about the bad care, perhaps something would be done about it. Have a great day. 🌷. 🎃 🎀

  17. So sorry you were denied pain medication. I’m seeing so many cancer patients and people with chronic illnesses not getting proper medical care. It’s awful.💕🙏🏼

  18. Jodi, I’m so glad you finally got your meds ♥️♥️♥️! You are so beautiful, I just love that your light is always shining so bright. You are always in my prayers. ♥️

  19. You have had a really rough time Jodi but hopefully now you will really start feeling alot more pain free. Love the look of your new home, so exciting for you… Really am envious to how well you can do makeup! I do try but never can quite get the 'Jodi look'!! Look after yourself and sending you heaps of love xx♥️💐
