These are the steps I took to get the best CBD dosage for myself:
1) 1/6 of body weight in MG is the minimum CBD oil you can take. You can work your way up after 1-2 weeks where it really helps you.
2) You will have to experiment with your CBD oil. If your CBD oil is from a good company then be assured that it has almost no side effects even if you take a bunch of it. But always start slow and increase your dosage. As high CBD can make you drowsy.
3) Consult with a doctor who practices marijuana education.
I mostly take it for anxiety and my boyfriend takes it for sleep issues.
I just started using CBD and found that 5 drops of 5% oil were just right on the first time usage. I didn't feel much but I had great regenerative sleep after it. The next day I took 5 drops again and felt it a little bit stronger. I felt like more relaxation come in. So the same day after I think 7h I added 5 drops again. And oh boy It's relaxed me sooo much… too much. One drop of 5% oil is 2.5mg. So 12.5 mg seems a really low dosage. But that's in my opinion great start. Oh – and I'm 85 kg boy š
How do u know how much your taking? Like what's 5 or 10 drops of oil under your tongue equivalent to? Just in general. Been wanting to get into cbd…..mainly for sleep and anxiety. I smoke weed regularly….
