Omaha woman cited for marijuana and pipe | News

SHELDON—A 30-year-old Omaha, NE, woman was cited about 4:40 p.m. Friday, Oct. 29, near Sheldon on charges of first-offense possession of a controlled substance — marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

The citing of Aryn Nicole Sullivan stemmed from her being a passenger in a northbound 2012 Nissan Rogue stopped for a traffic violation on the Highway 60 expressway northeast of Sheldon, according to the Iowa State Patrol.

She possessed an open container of alcohol and admitted to possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and retrieved a small black zipper case with marijuana in a plastic bag and a pipe from the vehicle, according to the incident report.
