  1. Marijuana is one of the least "green" most energy-intensive crops there is, grown primarily indoors and requires special lighting and environmental controls that consume up to 2000 watts of electricity per square meter 40 times than needed to produce leafy greens such as lettuce. But, hey, you can't smoke lettuce. A report out of Europe found that the avg. indoor pot-growing operation uses more power than 14 avg. homes. The energy required to grow enough marijuana to make a single joint {one gram} was equivalent to the energy used to drive a fuel-efficient car 20 miles. But dude don't harsh my mellow. The groundwork is being laid for the further skyrocketing of electricity consumption as more states legalize.

  2. Just what we need here. We should give out free handguns with every kilo purchase. Murder, drugs, and casinos. Perfect Chicagoland combination. Bless our wonderful governor, who won't pay his property taxes, and our great Chicago Mayor

  3. Just what we need, more people to have access to whatever they need to deal with these pieces of shit’s in this comment section. If it wasn’t for weed, there would be a ton more dead stuck up squares in the world!

  4. Yay , hooray. Great achievement. I am so happy for all the politicians who used their bribe money to buy into this one nanosecond after they approved it. I am so proud. 😃👍

  5. Rich get richer, garbage saying this will bring economic growth. No the rich will extract $ from the community while offering under paid jobs. The 700 page legalization law only allows for the rich to pull this off and keeps out the middle class. They will continue their monopoly approach with artificially high prices and low paying jobs to EXTRACT wealth from depleted communities

  6. This for white south suburban weed customers because blacks and Latinos will continue to buy their weed on the street because the government weed cost way more than weed on the streets.
