State police at the Pocono barracks arrested Nehemiah Patterson, 32, of Philadelphia, for possession of marijuana after a traffic stop at 7:38 a.m. Dec. 26 on the Northbound Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike in Kidder Township.
Police said they stopped his Nissan Altima after clocking it at 104 mph in a 70 mph zone. Police smelled marijuana, searched the vehicle and found 25 grams of marijuana in the center console.
