  1. Hi Bob and Fran!! Great video as always!! Thank you!! It’s a great guide!! I did pretty good in 9 of 10. I read your chapter on peeling potatoes first thing in the morning everyday!! It helps put staying in the moment front of mind!! I have a lot of trouble with distracting thoughts!! Actually I’ll look at that chapter several times a day!! I have seen other videos where they are trying to sell a program. They say you have to change subconscious beliefs in order to change. That you are programmed from when you are born to the age of 7. That’s what drives our behavior. They quote a Jesuit as saying give me a child from birth to 7 and I’ll show you the man. Any opinion on that? I forgot to ask last week. Do you guys have any plans to travel again when this whole Covid thing ends?

  2. Great advice! I just received your book and have added reading a page every morning to my Hour of Power routine. Thanks for all you do to get these videos out to the rest of us. It's certainly made a difference for the better in how I start my day. 🙂

  4. You two are awesome!
My husband and I recently got caught up in some family drama. A couple of boys were being abused and we stepped in and said something and made a big mess. I would love to have not gotten involved, but morally we felt we couldn’t just do nothing and let the boys continue to be hurt.
Is there a way to step in and not make a mess? I’ve wondered if it would be better to just not step in at all. But it feels like it would have been wrong to continue to let them be hurt. But saying something caused awful feelings. And we’re still emotionally and mentally suffering. I could have had peace if we had stayed out of it.

Maybe the problem is that I am resisting the hard stuff?

  5. Oh my gosh!! I had NO idea how much I've improved over the past few months until I went through these questions! I could list them one by one and tell you, but that would be too long! On the subject of making lemonade out of lemons, I do try to do this anyway but one big lemon I've had to deal with recently is the death of my Maine Coon cat. He came to us as a stray when he was about a year old and talk about a guardian angel! I could go on and on, but basically he has been the center of my world for 12 years, constant companion (he was indoor only and I work from home), best friend, very intelligent, friendly and gentle. We had our morning routine. We learned he had a genetic heart problem last summer, so we were a little prepared but he suddenly took a bad turn and died within 24 hours the day before Halloween. I sat and cried for a week, then started brainstorming and searching for something I could build from this and found exercise videos on YouTube that I could do even with my arthritis and bad knee. So I focused on making that my morning routine. I have ALWAYS relied on fitness, since I was 15 (I'm now 55) and struggled with not being able to really work out these past couple of years. WOW, what an improvement! I already eat WFPB and rarely stray, but just since working out with this young lady's videos, I've scored much higher on each question here! I took a photo of myself a couple of days ago in exercise clothes, and was just blown away! I had no idea of the progress I've made physically as well as mentally, emotionally and spiritually (I meditate). The wisdom and love you share is unbeatable! Thank you so much for all that you do!
