I am going to try these I have been trying all kinds of stuff I can go days and days and days without sleep so I sure hope this help me and I work night shift so it is even harder to sleep in the day and I never go to sleep at the same time I have no energy ever do they help turn your brain off
Dude, take 2 Benadryl with that and you will sleep a good 8hrs. I take 4 and sleep like 10hrs straight, I dont wake for anything. Ive had sleep problems since childhood and tried everything as well. I am grateful my pain management doctor found a great solution for Me :o) Thanks for the video Zzz'z..zz zzzzzz
