It's fine if you don't mind spending £1200 per year on regular use since that's what high spectrum CBD will cost you. If you're considering buying then then I'd recommend basic regular exercise first since it's had far better effect on my mental health this past year when compared with CBD and it hasn't cost me an arm and a leg.

Thanks man, My CBD 1,500 mg Oil came today 🙂 I have a question for you, It says on my back of my CBD that I can put it on Food, can I also put it in my Coffee? I don't want to put it in Steaming hot Coffee and it decreases the Effect of the CBD. Thanks!
This is an important thing about CBD oil: there are lots of companies selling hemp oil, saying it will fix things like anxiety, which is decieving, because they're actually selling hemp seed oil which contains absolutely no CBD. Unless the bottle specifically says CBD it is most likely hemp seed oil which has none of CBD's benefits. CBD comes from the flowers of hemp and marijuana. Im from canada and on amazon there is plenty of rip off "hemp oils" for high prices even though hemp seed oil isnt that expensive. Marijuana is legal where i live though so it is easy to get real CBD, but if you live in a place where marijuana is illegal, you're probably going to be ripped off. I just ordered 1:25 ratio of CBD from a company called tilray by prescription, and i am curious if it will help my anxiety
