I use CBD Gummies (25mg) for sleep and pain, it works great. I’ve experimented with smoking CBD flower and it provides the best immediate pain relief but there is a weird hang over effect (groggy, tired etc.) and my lungs/sinuses become inflamed and congested for about two weeks after that. It also feels like smoking it delays recovery as well. I much prefer the gummies.

The CBD oil works better for bad painful knees. Ive tried both. CHI has awesome products!
