  1. Steph I am struggeling with your london accent πŸ˜†, I didnt understand a lot but reading the text. So for now she is sure Binky has seizures and will need lifetime treatment but she needs to do tests to find out where they come from right? So there is hope???

  2. Have they ever considered Gabapentin for Binky it is used for epilepsy as well as a painkiller for nerve pain. Its one of the drugs I'm on but it does nothing for my seizures but they are not from epilepsy. It maybe worth some consideration and is used for cats and dogs already and does not make them as drowsy as other drugs. Hope this maybe useful for you and Binky. Take care. Love, purrs, cuddles and kisses for your furry ones

  3. Phenobarbital is common to treat epilepsy in both humans and animals…it is good but can be sedating…it's what they use for lethal injections…l was on something similar clonazepam last year for Akathisia and it worked great for that…l pray it helps your little man πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™

  4. Sounds like you had a good conversation with your vet! Raelynn took Phenobarbital before we started fostering her. I really need to make a video sometime about all the meds Raelynn has tried for seizures. It's a long list! πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

  5. I'm praying that this vet will be able to help Binky, he's such a sweet, brave bun. I get so annoyed when people say "It's just a rabbit/dog/cat!" My animals have always been my best friends and I love them like they're my children. Wishing you the best of luck with Binky's treatment πŸ°πŸ’•πŸ™πŸ»

  6. Sounds like you may of found a vet willing to try help Binky, good vets are like good doctor's hard to find. I know this as it took 14 yrs to diagnose my dystonia so far the seizures are only diagnosed as being non epileptic but happen when the pain is at its worse. I hope the vet can help Binky out he deserves a happy life without all the problems he has currently. Hope your all doing well. It seems I have lost some time again due to seizures again, had four small seizures this morning before I could get up. Woke up curled up in a ball like a hedgehog unable to move. Dystonia likes to do these things to me also unable to talk till this afternoon. Losing my voice due to dystonia is unlike any other time losing your voice, can last a few hours or the longest time was five weeks without a single sound. Never any warning but I use hand signs with the cats. Both cats are taking care of me and have not left me alone all day. I'm lucky to have my cats. Please take care of yourself. Love, purrs, cuddles and kisses to your furry ones

  7. So glad you are able to find an exotic pet vet. I'm so thankful we have a knowledgeable vet for our buns even though he is an hour away. I hope you are able to make Binky's life a full and healthy one😍

  8. Lol, Binky wanted to get in on the call at first, he’s so cute hopping about while you talk πŸ€—
It’s encouraging that the vet wants to do such a thorough assessment with you😊
