  1. The victims of DUI-D drivers should be empowered to sue any company which implements negligent internal drug testing policies which place the driving public at unnecessary risk of DUI-D collisions.

  2. It’s past due. For employers to deny employment or fire people for testing positive for reefer is a litmus test for bad places to work. It shows that they are ignorant of how long it stays in your system after use or they are blindly prejudiced. “The 23 and me test shows you have some sub Saharan African in your genes, we don’t want you Marxist doper hippies in our sundown town, hear? Git, boy!” Saves regular people time from wasting their lives working for ppl that think it’s 1972, not 2021.

  3. Well since Jeff Bezos wants to sell weed thru Amazon we should be able to smoke on our off time. Just my opinion. I consume delta 8 since cannabis is still illegal in Texas for now but even with 0.5% THC in my system I still can’t have a regular job. Why should I quit what is considered legal when people can get shit faced drunk on their off time?
