So my question is in illinois if your a medical patient who grows legally 5 plants come harvest time it weighs more than 30 grams is that an unlawful possession weight ….? If not what about recreational users can they then buy 30 grams at a time an stockpile it at home to beyond 30 grams??? From what I can find online the 30 grams is a stiff limit also its legal for cops to weigh a whole wet plant as weight. Possession in your home is called constructive Possession legally……. everyone just seems to suggest oh just don't have a cop in your house….
