I am new to your channel. Have you talked about diabetic dogs? Spanky is 14yrs now and has been treated for 4 yrs with insulin (44units) 2x a day. Mostly we keep his blood sugar between 100 to 300. But we have arthritis, cataracts. How or well can CBD help compared to Rimadyl. i know we are running out of time with him, but we want him as happy as possible to the end. Thank you again for caring so much. Ruth

  11. Hey doctor Jones. I want to thank you. You gave me confidence to treat my dog Marley with natural remedies over the years, for anything from fleas and worms to pain. He passed away last Sunday at home in his bed age around 18 (he was with us 15 years and the people he came from thought he was around 3…he'd been passed from pillar to post, so they weren't sure). You really were a big factor in keeping him healthy during his senior years. Im so very grateful for that. God bless you.

  13. I have a Chihuahua jack Russell mix he's 10 yrs old now and a little over weight lately it seems he's having some pain in his back leg muscles, he seems to. It want to go outside unless I help him down into the yard I have some low dose aspirin coated would that be the. Est option for him he doesn't seem to be having any other issues thanks hope to hear from you soon..🙏🙏✌️

  14. I just last week lost Junior, our amazing 15 year old English Cocker. He had a manageable (although nursing intensive) growth develop on his front leg. I am sharing to tell some tips…. To cover the “sore” I used maxi-pad and a sweatband (wristband). A nice terrycloth material bulk order from Amz… I would use scissors to cut just the outer later n unfold …. 2 reasons… 1. You then have double the width, and it is not as tight. So I had great luck with this chronic wound, using silver n honey spray, w calcium algeanate patch, then a trimmed maxi pad, secured by pulling sweatband over. I found a non-cone collar… it was a soft donut collar – super. Well that said, I did see from you prior on the CBD oil… and put some drops on bread pieces which he liked. I know it helped him rest. We all fear our dogs to be in pain in their senior years. He was otherwise content…. I am so glad I found your videos! We have still our younger Basset Hound, Baron, who was super companion for Junior up to the end. Thanks for all you do, L

  15. This question isn't dog related but I have an adult female cat that I've had to the Vet twice. He said she had a sinus like infection. Gave her a shot of something that last right at 2 weeks each time I've taken her. Also he told me to give her a squirt of nose spray up her nose a couple times a day. I haven't done the spray yet this time because of it running when I get it cleared off. She's all stuffed up and hadn't ate or drank for 3 almost 4 days. She finally ate a little tonight but not much and didn't drink anything that I know of. Her nose is usually plugged and when I see she can't breathe through her nose I clean it off and it it starts running like a faucet until it plugs up again. I can't afford to keep taking her to this vet every couple weeks. Is there something I could give her that I might have here at the house? Thanks in advance.
