It produces 20x more bio-diesel than corn produces (and up to 3 crops a year). If the surplus corn crop in the US grew hemp instead there would be enough bio-diesel for all US transport now. Hemp bio-diesel makes engines run smoother, quieter and gives more mpg, this is why it is often used as an additive to normal diesel engines.

We can still produce natural gases and most medicines today are actually poisons. You can also make an MDF or HDF replacements also from hemp. That are light weight and superior in strength and comparable to being 10x stronger than steel. Hemp, lime and water, is called hempcrete. Check that out. It will blow your mind.
Glucose is only part of the chemical equation for ethanol production, but the main ingredient is cellulose that can make ethanol. The reason is because of cellular density. Hemp doesn't require herbicides and pesticides, minimal amounts of water and can grow on every continent, but Antarctica. Also you can make plastic from hemp with epoxy resins. You can make resins from hemp. You can make a concrete, fiberglass replacements and injection molding.
Well Ethanol can be MUCH more efficient;y produced from corn or even sugar cane seeing as Ethanol is made from GLUCOSE (sugar). Hemp does not have a high percentage of sugar therefore it would be stupid to grow it for ethanol rather than those other alternatives.

Cannabis does not produce anywhere near as much sugar and hence ethanol as say corn crops etc. Also ethanol is about half as powerful and less efficient as cruel oil products. Yeah good luck, hemp oil's octane levels might not even be enough to boil a cup of water let alone power a car or anything practical.
