Minneapolis woman charged for marijuana | News

SIBLEY—A 37-year-old Minneapolis woman was cited about 1:55 p.m. Friday, Feb. 18, near Sibley on charges of first-offense possession of a controlled substance — marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

The citing of Danielle Latrece Holloway stemmed from the stop of a southbound vehicle for speeding on the Highway 60 expressway near Sibley, according to the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office.

Holloway was a passenger in the vehicle and was found to have remnants of marijuana on her sweatshirt and the odor of marijuana was detected coming from the vehicle.

Marijuana was located in her purse and drug paraphernalia was found near her purse in the vehicle during a probable cause search, according to the incident report.
