  1. Minnesota's medical program is over priced. Minnesota is finally going to have smokable cannabis in March. Mayo has control over Minnesota . Mayo doesn't want legal cannabis. Our democratic party always promises legal cannabis but always flip flop.

  2. Great conversation. I've also found that it is not all about percentages. I select my flower I'm going to smoke, based on my agenda for the day. My best experience comes in at around the 18% range. Higher ranges ~27-32% are a bit heavy, but I usually mitigate by smoking less at a time.

    Miracle plant, cannabis is.

  3. Nikki!!!!! I love you!!! You're such an amazing human being and advocate. I am so proud to call you a friend!! Congratulations on everything you're doing to help our community and people like me!! Well done sister!!!

Montel…. I've always loved you and your humanity/insight and style. Thanks so much for discussing this important topic. I had an injury to my spinal cord and the neurologists, surgeons, and my doctor all saw the benefits of what cannabis could do. We tried many many many pharmaceuticals that made me lethargic, sick, nauseous, exhausted…until the neurologist finally issued a prescription for medical cannabis. I demanded the insurance pay for the medication in NY and the doctors all agreed. The court even agreed and demanded the company pay. But my case was overturned on a technicality at the appellate level. And I could no longer afford to pay for my medication out of pocket. It was a nightmare. I don't take opioids or things like Lyrica, gabapentin, muscle relaxers or antiseizure drugs if I have access to cannabis concentrate.

What Nikki is doing is absolutely amazing for the community in our region. I'm very proud to call her a friend and so incredibly grateful for all her energy and efforts. She leaves me in awe and I'm so glad to see this interview!!!
    You are both amazing people!
Thank you for all you do. Fight the good fight my friends! We are changing the world one patient at a time. 💚
