I have an appointment with this doctor soon today. I am worried that he cannot help me with my chronic insomnia. I hardly slept well as a kid, but I hardly got medically sick. My parents got me into gymnastics when I was a toddler maybe because I walked early. I liked to try to stand on my head before I was eleven months old. I enjoyed physical exercise. At twenty, my insomnia became at its worst time in my life. I would forget when I fell asleep because it was an incredibly short time. I slept so little that my cognitive abilities became so bad that it was noticeable. I ended up in a psychiatric hospital. At twenty, I went in and out, but I did not want to be there. There was no help for my insomnia. I ended up being on Lithium which gave me acne and it seemed to make me angry. This man has such a different personality and different life. He seems like he talks about himself too much. I wonder if he can listen. He is outgoing. I am shy and I am an asexual. I hope that I do not waste my time with this man. I will definitely give him a chance. I believe that I cannot make a logical decision just by watching this man in a video. He is a doctor I hope. I gave plenty of information about why I believe what is stopping me from sleeping much. I am usually up at twelve am everyday. I do not want to comment about how messed up I am anymore.
Since I started doing Keto on 13 th March, I have been drinking so much water. I stop drinking about 9pm and go to bed at midnight. I now wake up every morning at 3 pm needing the toilet. It wakes me up and I can’t get back to sleep. I don’t have stress but seem wide awake. I end up getting back to sleep about 7, then sleep until 10am
I just watched 2 KK videos, which were very straightforward and which I enjoyed. I came to this one on your recommendation. Hearing this man’s story of his revelation while on magic mushrooms puts a big hole in his credibility, since he seems to think it’s ok. I’ll “check in” with a different expert. He’s saying the same things other doctors do without the “magical” background.

I'm glad I found this video as I am a Grade A insomniac. I sometimes don't go to bed til 5 Am😱 I have a love hate relationship with sleep. I love to sleep during day. I also suffer from extreme stress and anxiety and depression PTSD nightmares almost every night ever since 12 years old and it's caused by living with a narcissistic individual. I have CBD oil and just took some CBD oil and something else and now I'm feeling Morpheus upon me. Thank God.

Establish a goal and revert your energy into plausible ways of manifesting that goal and desire.
That is what I'm doing. Also reprogramming the mind. Our minds are indeed AMAZING.
I still have a long way to go to heal myself mind, and body! Bad habits that need to be replaced with good habits!

Wow this is so true!! One day I was so stressed that I was worried about not being able to sleep so I took a sleeping pill and felled sleep almost right away. The problem was that I was dreaming I had insomnia and couldn’t sleep so next morning when I woke up I was still really tired 😓
Always been taught that people that need over six hours sleep are 'lazy.' Got my eight in last night and have focused on getting good sleep since going Keto around May. I get more done work-wise, more focus and energy. Sleep is now #1.

Since I got my Fitbit I can track my sleep and set better goals. I’m all about goals now.
