Uruguay got it right, fight the black market by making it cheep, but the U.S at $25 a gram, its only about profits, charge it as high as possible with the max amount of state tax, while the black market continue to make a profit selling it illegally.

Low THC but high CBD. Not bad. Also I see that they recently changed the limit to 9% THC. That can get anybody high.
