  1. the DEA IFR was referring to the Analogue Act of 1986 which makes isomers of controlled substances illegal

if natural isomers were made illegal under that act that was over ridden by the Farm bill of 2018 which made natural isomers of hemp legal

  2. It seems to me that anyone hawking Delta 8, THC-O, etc. is making money from regular cannabis being illegal. Therefore they have motivation to work against decriminalization.

  3. This should have never been legalized,. Just decriminalized. It was the one thing we still had as the average Joe ,. That could still actually make money and have a good life. Now the only people making money are the corporation's . We had control of the entire scene. We controlled the future of this awesome plant and what do we do.? …. now we just handed another great market that normal every day people had right over to the suits to screw up. I'm flabbergasted

  4. No wonder no one wants to do anything anymore. Been made too complex with a line of payoffs to do anything equaling no profit for the consumer and worker….only gains for the shareholder.
