  3. Hola, just came across your channel searching for diazepam opinions in youtube.
    i've been a couple weeks taking cbd (i smoke it with my pipe but i need a bong bc my lungs are suffering from all this years of being a smoker of tobacco and weed, and sometimes opium) it works very well for me, i always enjoyed the effect of marihuana and i believe that before humans modifided it they used to have higher cbd than cbn or thc. i want to grow my own cbd plants and make oils with them for massage (massage helps me a lot with anxiety) and also i want to eat it and drink it, i like more the effect of digesting any drug than smoking it, i feel a deeper connection with the essence and the wisdom/healing messages of the plant.
    I started taking 10 mg of diazepam for sleeping but it just relaxes the body but is not enough for me to sleep. I took it for a week and now i have taken it again because i have been 2 days without cbd and i need something for my anxiety. I am thinking of alternating some days taking cbd, other days without taking anything, and one day a week or two taking diazepam. Balance is the key, i am tired of feeling that i need to smoke tobacco or to take this or that from an anxious state of mind. I am starting to feel more balanced and is important to take days without taking anything, eating good, breathing,
    sstreching and drinking enough water is essential, i started doing weights and it helps too with the anxious thought of taking speed or coke to activate myself. To relax and being hydrated I reccomend also drinking papaver rohedas infusion and hiperico (i dont know how to say it in english) and tila too, nature is full of medicine we just need to find balance and know how to use it. Psicotherapy validation and my own effort on understanding me is helping me to express myself better with other people. I hope the best for all of you in this journey that is life. Hugs

  4. Hey Bruv, great video most of the things you say I can relate to. I have only just been pre diagnosed by a psychiatrist with severe adhd and possible bi polar and autism too. I refuse to take medication as I know there are loads of natural ways to treat the disorder. I work as nutritional therapist and I know the importance of healthy diet, high quality nutritional supplements etc. I have heard of amazing things when it comes to black seed oil for healing pretty much any ailment.   5. This is spot on. I used to be a huge stoner since forever, then the panic attacks started. Hypochondria. Having palpitations, innstantly worrying about my heart rate, feeling of doom and thinking I will die. Always gotta measure my heartrate.
    I was always strong, both physically and mentally, used to lift every other day, but all of a sudden I feel like a fly could defeat me in a armwrestling contest.
    I always get dizzy and lightheaded atleast once a day, I get chest pains all the time.
    Everytime I eat anything slightly greasy my mind tells me I will die of heart attack or a stroke.
    I already ordered some CBD, hopefully it'll help.

  7. I take three bong hits of CBD flower three times a day.
    If you smoke marijuana for a long time it changes your brain. A lot of your anxiety may be coming from your brains want for THC. I say just give it THC in my opinion it's a lot better for you than any of the anxiety medications the doctor will give you. And let's face it just about anything is better than having anxiety.

    I went through some really bad anxiety after I quit smoking weed for 30 days. Then anxiety was out-of-this-world man. From panic attacks to feeling crazy strange. I too Dodged Urban medicine for anxiety. The side effects to those things are way worse than smoking marijuana. So I just started smoking weed again the anxiety is almost completely gone. I do smoke cbd flowers 3 times a day. For me it does calm me down and relieve some stress.

You just described me in so many ways mate, I smoked blue cheese and star dawg and rhino everyday for 15 years and then started having anxiety and panick attacks, all the boys still smoke it but I can't as it causes me bad anxiety, I've ordered some CBD bud I hope it works, hope you find relief mate 👌

  10. I can 1000% agree! Thanks for this. I’m also trying CBD for anxiety and panic attacks. The only issue is still feeling like I’m gonna panic as I did with having THC.

  11. Dealing with a lot of the same issues, 2 years I’ve been basically imprisoned by the anxiety I get. I’ve been on multiple benzos like klonopin, xanax, Ativan etc. always ended up with even worse anxiety after they wore off.

    At this point I’ve been using CBD flower for a week, I’ve tried Pink Runtz, White Whale CBG, ChemDawg, Sunset Road Sherbert. Levels ranged from 13% up to 22.1% and honestly it’s been life changing. Once you figure out how much flower you need per day the anxiety for me just doesn’t hit very much. The thought processes that trigger my anxiety don’t happen. I don’t check my heart or worry about blood pressure. Do feel a little more tired, but I’ve been able to drink coffee now.

    I was a carbon copy of you, used to smoke, then started getting hit with panic and had to stop. This let’s keep enjoy smoking again, plus it’s legal where I live. Experiment with strains, look at their terpene profiles too. Wish you the best.

  12. Hello watching this is like looking in the mirror. I have been trying every natural product out there but because of my panic disorder I cant bring myself to take it properly.
    I have just started to smoke products from graded green and fell calm I'm going to build the cbd up in my system for a week and then try and travel further then I have been in a long time. I hope CBD is not just a hype and it really works.

I always listen to peoples stories and haven’t found any people that worry about the same things that I do.. and you were damn near spot on.. the feeling weak, monitoring your heart rate, (which is a big issue for me) worrying about what you eat what it’s gonna do to do you, your mind not letting you relax. All of it, you read my mind. It’s embarrassing and I don’t talk to people about it. My parents know about it but they don’t know the extent of it thank you for this video it’s nice to know I’m not alone.

  15. Man I am the same way as you. Down to eating some fast food and somehow thinking for some reason that one meal is contributing to clogging my arteries or something. Watching my heart rate with Apple Watch. Getting nervous, seeing it dip and then panic attack. Just wayyyyyyy too much into my head.

    Hoping Cbd flower works for me!

    I am just nervous because I had panic attack with regular weed. It took me awhile to be comfortable with a drunk buzz but anything else I feel off like I can find a reference point and get very anxious. Hoping I can be comfortable with this.

  16. Being someone who struggles with panic disorder, ocd, whatnot, it's not easy. I have yet to try cbd flower but I do use some stuff I found on Amazon called Tranquilene. It's helped me a ton. I used to panic non-stop and now I can at least function. I hope all of you can find something that works for you.

Just come across your channel and have just started trying hemp buds (white widow i think) i slept better and have been told i look happier and less tired it gave me energy too i only smoked (uproffessionaly rolled) 2 normal size normal filter I know I know im learning but I feel better so going to keep diary,my mind just doesnt switch off, I walk a lot beach is great therapy 👌hemp all the way👌 😂
