The State Cannabis Regulatory
Commission says residents who are interested could start buying marijuana as
early as six months from now, but if you live in certain communities — it could be even sooner.

Sales could soon take place
at five alternative centers for the time being.

The commission is meeting
today to approve the first batch of conditional applications for cultivation
and manufacturing.

They’ll then set the start of
a 30-day notification period for actual sales to begin at the alternative
centers, meaning sales for some could begin in late April or early May.
