New Orleans has always given the youth of this city a pass when it comes to violent crimes. It’s never there fault, it’s there upbringing or lack of something. Always an excuse.
Well as long as NOPD sits on their hands this type of stuff is going to continue to happen , when the mayor is more interested in being a social butterfly instead of fixing our city

Get rid of forced child support for men. Low income men give up cause they can’t afford child support. Women play the baby mama baby dad game to get a steady income stream. This causes single parent households and young men growing up without fathers and positive role models.
It happens just about every other day kids driving dirt bike speed like crazy in my neighborhood is very dangerous but police don’t respond on a call like this
It begins with parents, and when they fail, responsibility falls on either the judicial system or the city morgue. Mayor better get a grip on this lawless city soon, or citizens, businesses, and tourists will leave for safer alternatives, and Queen Latoya will be left with only the criminal thugs…BTW, they don't pay taxes, so she will go broke.
