My husband and I use the tinctures as an aid to help us sleep better and he also uses a salve for his aching back which definitely makes a difference, too. One gummy doesn't do a thing for me!! CBD should be taken daily to get any benefit from it. Here in Texas Delta 8 is legal too. Delta 8 is synthetically created so you have to be very careful where you get it.
