  3. Great recipe. I remember those bowls from the '70s! A lot of restaurants had them, and also had mugs to match. I think that IHOP was one of the restaurants that had those bowls and mugs. Of course IHOP is out today with the switch to KETO!

  4. Great video, thank you, I love this recipe, but got a question, could you tell me your measuring cup is US cup or ? I am always confused, but it seems your half cup is almost same as one full cup that I have which I got it in Canada, please tell me how much is your cup in terms of mL

  5. WOW wow WOW–the spices in this were AMAZING! My sister and I enjoyed every slurp, lol. Could you do a pumpkin pancake or pumpkin waffle/chaffle recipe? We would appreciate it so much! And we can't think of many better or tastier ways to celebrate the fall!

  6. thank you for the fabulous recipe. I'm having this for breakfast tomorrow. I plan to add 1 T of chia seeds to help thicken it up. I've been trying to find vegetarian recipes for keto, and just discovered hemp heart seeds. I get tired of the heaviness of meat fat and cheese LOL plan to have a vegetarian day or two a week if it stays within my carb limits. (Currently doing very strict keto to heat a metabolic condition).

  7. Followed the recipe using 1/2 cup hemp seeds but used 1 cup liquid (almond milk) and thought this yielded a tiny amount of food. I cooked it so that it wasn't so watery (I like my oatmeal thicker). I upped the amount of hemp to 1 cup and still used 1 cup of almond milk and this was the perfect hearty amount and consistency I was looking for. But according to the nutrition info, I'm consuming around 800 calories from the hemp seeds alone. Does this sound accurate?

  8. Yum…I did a chia custard bowl this week….added cream to chia mix and an egg and microwaved it thirty seconds at a time and added vanilla bean and cinnamon…thanks for chia breakfast idea….I customize to my likes next I 'll add turmeric and pumpkin and maple syrup….the possibilities are endless…my new face breakfast Cha Cha Chia!
