Lion's mane eats like seafood. The phelinus conk tea is nice I've done the tea and coffee and chewed it. Turkey tail tea is decent to drink. Hen of the woods eats like chicken. Chicken of the woods does too. I love some morel. I haven't tried cordicepts. Pheasant backs eat like french fries if you fry it right. Inky caps are a good strong tasting mushroom but you gotta pick them and immediately put them in water or they will turn into a blob. Chaga is similar to the phelinus conk. It's known as the god mushroom I've read. Good firestarter material too. Reishi grows on apple trees around here I've picked it made caveman necklaces with it but didn't consume it. Oyster mushroom is a tasty favorite of mine.. in the fridge rite now I got some portabello mmmhmm yeah!
Foods high in silica for dementia and Alzheimer's. It bonds to aluminum in your brain and removes it. We eat from and drink from aluminum thy know these are harmful to ingest, the powers that be need to sell their drugs and if they cure you they lose their jobs. Still think they're looking for the "Cure?" What's this we're on booster 9: "IamMORONocron?"
I feed zero kibble to my dogs. In their fresh food diet medicinal mushrooms are an absolute must. The ones in this video, I feed daily, cooked for them.
I’m interested what he says at the 11:57 mark. Mushrooms are composed of chitin. Which mushrooms specifically can be eaten raw? Also does chitin relate to magic mushrooms?
They say reishi and turkey tail has anti-cancer properties. chaga and lion's mane as immunity booster. cordyceps good for lung health, i.e. pneumonia. Reishi and cordyceps have been used in Chinese medicine for ages.
When I was 7 years young , my mother stuck a knife in my spine , all my life now im 57 ive had problems with my back and doing the most simple things, Im gona try this out see if it helps . Thanks for sharing this info 🙏🏻Wish me luck 🙏🏻
I am trying to source and gain as much knowledge as I can on the medicinal benefits of mushrooms, my mother has early signs of dementia. Am I right in thinking Lions Mane needs to be cooked before ingestion and also have you any leads or advice on amounts to be consumed or any other helpful forums, web sites, knowledge in helping my new quest. Thanks for a great video and I have subbed. Love and light from England 🙏
23 years ago I was diagnosed with major chronic depressive disorder (think I got the name right) and over the last two decades I have struggled with all kinds of issues connected with this diagnosis.
I have taken a wide range of drugs prescribed by the doctors to help me deal with the depression and anxiety.
After feeling hopeless that this would never change I started taking psilocybin mushrooms after hearing about micro dosing. I honestly didn’t think it would work but having a little history with them earlier in life I thought it was worth a chance.
Now after a year I can say I am a believer after nearly 50 years of feeling outside of society I feel like I am normal.
I don’t know if this is for everyone but for me it helped. I am glad that they are opening up the research for this mushroom and hope it can heal many people.
We just gathered some auricularia auricula-judae today we filled paper coffee cup full 🙂 it is good now for finding them it's early March and kinda wet,. Make a venison stew with them and onions on a bed of brown rice seasoned with longhorn steak house seasoning. Mmmmm
I used to have extreme panic attacks and really bad ptsd. I couldn't even sleep at night, I'd be so trapped in my own mind.
Is was nothing but a painful mental prison.
Micro dosing really changed my life. Followed by using chaga and lions mane on the daily.
More!

I Love Reishi Mushrooms
Sucks we need to extract things like beta glucans to get most of the benefits. Eating lions mane raw or fried doesn't do much.

I'm still trying to find a reliable place to buy spore's or purchase the actual mushrooms, I've got depression and terrible anxiety
i use these mushrooms in my coffee creamer.
