Cannabis culture celebrated in Perris at Loud Lands festival – Press Enterprise

Cannabis aficionados gathered Saturday, April 16, in Perris for the first cannabis festival in Riverside County history.

The Loud Lands festival, billed as a first-of-its-kind cannabis consumption event in the county, offered varieties of cannabis and THC-infused drinks along with artwork, music performances, food and amusement rides at the Southern California Fair & Event Center.

“This is our celebration! This is our long time coming victory party!” a festival news release states. “The cannabis wars are over! Normalization and stabilization has begun!”

Loud Lands has been in the works for a couple years, but was delayed by the coronavirus pandemic.

Organizers hope Loud Lands becomes a twice-a-year event.
