In terms of worldwide quarantine, one more and more raises the question, where we can invest money to get the passive income?

  1. Looks dodgy to me, to be honest. There is no "Impressum" on the website which is required by law if you register a company in Germany. The terms are written in English which should be in German. Besides, there is little to no information about the CEO Alan Glanse to be found on the internet. He didn't even introduce himself on the website, no vita, nothing. All what he says about himself is: "I don't smoke cannabis – I'm cannabis JuicyFields project is my dream to crack the powerful cannabis monopoly, remove borders and make all the benefits of cannabis available to everyone." So, who is this guy? A CEO hiding information about his own background? Seriously?

On the other hand, they founded a GmbH which is actually a good sign as the owner(s) is/are required to make a deposit of 25k when registering the company. If they run away with the money, the 25k would be lost. Of course this could just be a trick to gain trust from potential investors.

Another thing I would be interested to learn: What happened to their former procurator Andre Wacker? According to the below-mentioned site he left the company only 3 months after founding: https://www.handelsregisterbekanntmachungen.de/skripte/hrb.php?rb_id=571943&land_abk=be Who is Andre Wacker actually? I did not find any information about him either.

Also, who is the executive director Viktor Bitner: https://my.mail.ru/mail/v.bitner/photo/_myphoto/4.html

Why does the „Handelsregisterauszug“ (certificate of registration) say that they produce and trade greenhouses? This is not the object of their business. Did they deceive the „Gewerbeamt“ (trade office) by providing them with false and misleading information?

There is another thing I just noticed: There are several recommendations on their international FB page (https://www.facebook.com/Jsflds/community/) from users that have exactly 5.000 users, plus/minus 1 or 2. To mention 5 of those accounts: Nil B, Siti Aisyah, Md Farhad, Khan Salman, Jannate Himachal. Obviously they bought fake recommendations and likes from India. I made screenshots for the case they delete these reviews.

They only offer SEPA, Bitcoin, Ethereum und Tether. None of these are traceable or reversible. Moreover, the bank account is registered with a Finnish online payment provider where you can hide your true identity. Although they pretend to hold a German bank account as the IBAN starts with DE, they don't have one. This is a misleading information.

In order to invest in one of these plants, in 3 of 4 cases you have to pay 2k at least. The one with the highest yield ("JuicyHaze – Ultra yield") promises a rentability of 900 to 1.200 EUR which equals a ROI of 120% p.a. Those figures are a red flag.

It totally looks like a ponzi scheme. My advice: Stay away!
