I’m sorry if this was an underwhelming video, but my experience was underwhelming. While it didn’t work for me, I won’t/can’t …

  1. I had sciatica at one point and the only thing that worked was getting acupuncture from an elderly Asian gentleman I found by accident – 2 treatments (45 minutes each) gave me 2 years of being pain free. Pain eventually returned however his practice was no longer open so I have basically managed it since then. I've adopted a stretching and exercise routine which keeps it relatively quiet most times.

  2. Our body is 60-65% water , the common joke we know is water and oil dont mix. Well from the research i have done, there are problems with oral consumption of CBD, .

"Oral CBD formulations, such as liquid drops, capsules, tinctures, foods, and beverages are among the most popular ways to consume CBD. But oral CBD has the lowest bioavailability of all delivery forms.

On average, ingested CBD has a bioavailability of between 6-19%"

So of all that CBD your taking , only 6-19% of that your receiving the benefits from. Based on research, try products that have "transdermal delivery", try looking up CBD infused microcapsule technology …i would suggest going from there you will get your moneys worth.

  3. I didn't hear Yoga amongst your trials btw. I've recently employed it after having a fall myself last year, and can honestly say it improves lower back issues as well as overall body adjustment in our further adulting years.

  4. It's the combination of your natural calm, the way you talk, your propensity to make positive approach towards yourself, your hair, eyes, nose, accent, gorgeous teeth and smile, that just makes a brother go, Wow! God is good.
