  1. Very informative! I like doing basic rope twisting with my hands, problem is that it is not as consistent or can have as many threads to make up the rope/cordage. I am looking for ways to do something like a "one man rope walk" because of space and willing manpower (that's me!) to make a strong and longer rope.

  2. I love the fact that even in 2021 in this all plastic-all automated-soulless world crafts like these still exist . It is mandatory for the new generations to keep these crafts alive for ever. I know mass production and such is inevitable but these crafts must stay alive!
    Everyone is hunting big money and with big money comes big production-mass production-low quality etc etc. Hapiness is not a matter of money, is a mater of living. Living needs money but much less from what we make it look like.
    Sorry for my bad english but I needed to put it out.

  3. Hva er regnet for en full lengde? I Ålesund hadde vi en med 300 m lengde, i hht gamle foto. Fantastisk å se folk som håndterer så elegant gammelt håndverk. Flink jente det der.
