Iām a idiot because CBD never helped my insomnia? Wtf lol. Iām on ambien and I rather not be but at least it puts me to sleep, I sleep good, and I wake up on time not feeling groggy. Really wish marijuana was federally legal tho so I could just smoke for sleep and not have to worry about getting fired. IDK maybe I never got the right CBD meds cause Iāve tried a lot. Bud, gummies, tinctures, vapes and it never does anything for me lol.

Not everyone's chemistry is the same. Not everyone's life situations are the same. Gotta say this is the first time I disagree with joe for calling us idiots for not using ambien instead of cbd for sleep. Cbd simply does not PUT me to sleep.
Iāve tried several types of CBDās with no real luck in helping me fall asleep. Those tgat had any thc component made it even more difficult to sleep without taking Ambien. Wish someone would tell me a specific brand and form of CBD that works for chronic pain and insomnia (such as CBD oil)

I was taking a medicine called nexito plus for anxiety. 1 capsule in a week or 2. After 5 years my face became weird. Cbd straightened me. More peaceful.
I have just started taking hemp oil , any tips or suggestions. I'm rubbing it in my elbows and knees they hurt due to my job I'm a massage therapist and I exercise weight lifting.

NONE of them worked. I couldnāt sleep for 50 hours 2,3 times a week. Other days 2-4 hours pf sleep. My doctor tried ambien as a last resort. It was the only thing that worked.
Rogan is right…. I was on Xanax for years 2 1/2 mg a day. My doctor told me I'd never be able to get off it. Come to find out it was other medicine I was taking that raised my anxiety. I quite cold turkey the hardest thing to do. Sleepless nights.
I struggle with getting enough deep sleep and rem and Iām a very light sleeper and wake up a lot around 20%

Nothing has helped with sleep been taking cbd for years nothing has made me not get up and pee
CBD doesnāt help everyone fall asleep, actually in lower doses it can have the opposite effect and cause alertness, was the case for me

100 mg of CBD??? I pay $200 for CBD oil with 12% THC in a 30 ml bottle! I use 0.5 ml at a time. He can't be taking that much.

I'm glad I can use ASMR to sleep, idk if that would give lower deep sleep levels but I can't imagine it would be so high if it's one video
