My breakfast is at 11am, dinner is at 6pm and I fast every Sunday. I don't do snacks, and if I do than it is some fruit. It's that ok? Any suggestions?
Great stuff. always tried intermitten fasting, no breakfast. lunch only and no dinner and always felt clean with higher energy

I've done intermittent fasting in conjunction with keto before for extended periods. This guy knows what he's talking about!
