  1. πŸ˜³πŸ™„ – Did the crew on the couch come up with that joke ? Dr Roy thank you for discussing 420 so to speak. As marijuana becomes legalized the potency levels continue to rise straight off the plant. Start tweaking it with solvents , heat and freezing – the levels of THC rise from 35% – a low ball park figure – to upward of 93% -another low ball figure – with Shatter, tinctures , candy – made to look exactly like it’s namesake, RSO , Bubble Hash , on and on. We now have created a society of impaired individuals suffering from memory loss , learning disabilities , lung , heart , anxiety disorders plus many more ill effects. Money of course is another huge driving factor bringing the level of violence up plus the availability for minors and the population in general has also risen to unbelievable levels. Fertility , learning , health memory all have been affected and one must ponder the states that have legalized it – are the funds received through taxation being allocated to the areas targeted by these bills or our we all being blinded by a Smoke filled Haze. Please keep up your education methods. More people need to realize the dangers that lie within.

  2. great info Lipi- it is important to discuss the negative effects of marijuana as you did above ( including the adverse impact on memory and learning and on lowering fertility success) because many young people will think it is OK to use marijuana as it becomes more legal going forward- also with regard to the use of marijuana for chronic pain, I believe it is better to become less reliant on all drugs to address this issue but to instead use other measures such as relaxation techniques like meditation, increased exercise and physical activity, and weight reduction as alternative approaches to treat chronic pain particularly the nonmalignant type.
