  1. They should let me be the top on this marijuana in Mexico , I'd help regulate and make sure we make good profits and safe good quality bud for not a huge price. Also could be used as a fertilizer , the shavings for compost for other bad dry landscapes

  2. They need to regulate it’s use so that people can legally make a business and create jobs instead of joining a cartel that is not regulated and sales more then weed.

  3. ALL DRUGS should be legal, not just decriminalized…An overwhelming amount of empirical evidence has demonstrated beyond a reasonable doubt that prohibition does more harm to drug users, the community at large, and in creating tyrannical governmental policies than the drugs themselves ever could…. A conviction will ruin someone's life long after they've recovered from addiction.

Furthermore, the vast majority of recreational drug users NEVER BECOME Addicts…. Addiction is an abberation, not the norm and is usually under 4%, with problem or "criminal" addiction being less than 1% of that 4% (so only. 04%). That means that tens of millions of consenting adults are having their freedom taken away for the actions of 0.04% of drug users.

Furthermore, prohibition and the illegal market it creates does the harm, not the drugs themselves. Overdoses are caused by an unregulated market where users have no idea about the quality or purity of what they're getting, a problem that would be solved with legalization. Legalization would also abolish the criminal gangs and organizations that use drugs to fund themselves…. Legalization would do more to destroy the cartels than any other measure.

Lastly, what is the problem of someone using drugs in the privacy of their own home? If they never harm anyone and take care of their responsibilities, what's the issue? From what we know about chronic pain patients on opiates, a lifetime of chronic opiate use, when the opiate has quality assured through regulation, does almost no damage or serious effects to the user, which cannot be said for alcohol or tobacco…. So if someone uses opiates and still works and still takes care of their family, etc, what's the problem? Numerous Heroin Assisted Treatment studies, in which addicts are provided medical grade diacetylmorphine have shown again and again that once these individuals do not have to spend all their time securing their next dose, they lead completely normal lives… Just as someone can drink alcohol after work every day and still live a normal life.

The scientific evidence shows that drug legalization would fix this issue, especially the problems created by prohibition like cartels (just as how alcohol prohibition in America helped to create bootleggers and the mafia as well as the highest murder rate in the 20th century). If in the face of all the evidence that shows prohibition is a failure, you still think drugs should be illegal, it's because you're a moral authoritarian who wants to control the actions of others even when it has no effect on you.

  4. It's about time. Now if they could de criminalize cocaine and then that would put the cartels out of business. They would still try to Peddle their heroin and Fentanyl but that would put a big dent in their money and would make the country of Mexico very very a wealthy. And would definitely bringing a lot of tourist. COCA tourists.

  5. WHAT ABOUT THE FAMILY KILLER, CRIME INCITER, WIFE BEATER STIMULANT, VOMITATOR, BODY & BRAIN DESTROYER — ALCOHOL!??! LEGALIZE MUSHROOMS NEXT AND FOK ALCOHOL UNLESS ITS USED AS A FUEL OR A SOLVENT — ITS INTENDED PURPOSE.

  6. To kill the Cartels, increase liberty, and save lives and tax payer money,
Mexico and USA need to legalize and decriminalize Heroin, Cocaine, and all drugs.
…except, require a prescription for antibiotics…as their overuse can kill.
