  1. I have started a CBD business snd I really need help on how to make sales and promote it due to all the restrictions, can anyone help????

  2. Casey there is a lot of misinformation about CBD going around the media and through other outlets such as YouTube, Facebook etc. CBD is NOT derived from marijuana plant. It is from Cannabis Sativa plant also called hemp. September 2018 the federal government legalized the use of hemp products in all 50 states and it is legal to purchase and consume hemp-derived-CBD in all 50 states. The government classifies hemp as any plant of the cannabis family that contains less than 0.3% THC. It classifies “marijuana” as any plant of the cannabis family that contains greater than 0.3% THC.

Ebay and Amazon should do their homework. Lotions, creams, patches, bath bombs, and soaps should be cleared at least for people to sell and purchase on those platforms. It is unfortunate that they banned all products.

  3. I am looking at fulfilling orders on a small item that is just under 1 pound. It will likely go over with packaging. How do I find how much postage will cost? I have been searching and it always comes back to priority mail which is too expensive.

  4. I'd hesitate regardless for the same reason I d won't sell supplements or herbals. They're not regulated by the FDA and you have to trust that your supplier isn't going kill your customers through you.

  5. It's against eBay and Amazon policy. eBay will take your listing down regardless of it being hemp derived and CBD will get you permanently limited on PayPal. Most CBD on Amazon is fake. It's hemp seed oil.

  6. Well if i "used" it, I certainly wouldn't buy it online. Never know what it is laced with or where it really came from…even in person for that matter….
Wake up people! We have an opiod/ fentanyl crisis in this country, and marijuana in any form leads to other issues. The new killer (not so new really ) is weed with fentanyl in it. SMH
    Have a good day.

  7. A lot of listing will not say CBD but everyone knows what it really is.
As long as it doesn't have CBD in title or anywhere in the listing people get it away with it that way

  8. The federal government has 10 enumerated powers and the enforement of drugs is not one of them so it is up to each state and state law supersedes federal law on drugs.

  9. It all depends on what the CBD is derived from. If it is extracted from hemp and in a licensed "manufacturer" it is okay in most states and federally. Also it is allowed to be shipped across state lines after a recent bill was signed by the POTUS.

  10. Great video!! Thank you.
I just had another antique mall owner in Kentucky tell me he added cbd oils to his business and business went up 70%. But really got to weigh out the risk.
    Keep up ur awesomeness!

  11. your miss representing cbd , it may be out lawed on ebay or amazon but i woudlnt buy it there anyways Is from google
is CBD legal in all 50 states?
Concluding Thoughts: Is CBD Legal in 2019? Yes, it is legal to purchase and consume hemp-derived-CBD in all 50 states. The government classifies hemp as any plant of the cannabis family that contains less than 0.3% THC.
