Absolutely it should be legaluzed as it is the base for ayurveda medical uses and in our country where our ancient sages were practicing ayurveda were in favour of its use and the main shame is no legal facts and reports are published in public domain for its proper use I think it should be legalised and more this subject should be opened for the proper research practices And something that l want to add is the activities which are done in a hidden way are more harmful than the activities performed in open spaces
In practical it already exist in the Indian market and it has Side Effects but less than the alcohol, as the cannabees have the substance THC, which helps the people to change their prospective and view about the things and India required open minded approach to grow our nation so.. Actually I found marijuana to be a help in exploring my self consciousness. I have stopped using alcohol and became vegetarian, but couldn't let go of marijuana, and I'm fine with it. It has mostly positive effect in a society full of mental health patients.

It should be legalized, as the same will give a massive boost to govt. revenue. People are already using it easily PAN-INDIA. legalizing will help eradicate the black money generated from it, which leads to a parallel economy, detrimental for our country.

We can decriminalise it. Using it should not be banned. But supplying and distributing it without any permit should be illegal.
