  1. I've combined a little Creatine Monohydrate, this and a couple other easy mental health aids and I think it's all preventing me from getting on antidepressants. My constant fear is not exactly logical and I can't think my way out of it; it's more chronic and subconscious

Never try these ashwaganda pills i took them for two months and they increased my thyroid levels which made my hair thin a little (Eyebrows, Hairline/Temples), i’ve been told it’s reversible and i can still get my hair thick again but still not worth the risk guys (I will admit it did help with muscle growth tho)

  3. I’ve been working in healthcare for 3 years now, recently transited out, but the doctor I worked for was very gung Ho on doing what you can to reduce stress to help reduce pain/inflammation and people don’t talk about it enough. So I appreciate this fella big time

  4. Hopefully it won't get too famous because the government will 100% make it illegal and prescription only with a handful of their friends pharma companies the only ones licensed to produce it.

  5. Not sure if I will get a response but what purity and dosage do you recommend? I take Rhodiola and there are alot of products out there that have Rhodiola but the purity is garbage. I'd imagine the same with Ashwagandha.

  6. taking it everyday numbs me too much where I couldnt critically think or get excited with girls sexually. I drink the tea twice a week and that is a perfect blend.

  7. I became a bitch for two weeks couldn't understand why I was so miserable. Then I realized I ran out of ashwagandha for two weeks. For me getting on it again only took a day to recover. My cousin has lung cancer stress was major. After one day she seems so much better.
