  1. Hi my name is rudy and I noticed your video is 2019 but still Iโ€™m letting you know I appreciate this helpful information because I have sciatica problems due to ddd and spinal stenosis and Iโ€™ve been informed by two surgeons that surgery was a bad idea because I would end up paralyzed and that was 17-18 years ago and so I decided employment over disability and Iโ€™m 23 years at ups and still proving them wrong at least I hope I am?

  2. People wouldn't be having problems if these stupid car companies would quit making bucket seats that have a hole in the back that sit down in a hole and the front of the seat hikes up in the air. Puts pressure on your hips. And you can't let down the front of the seat and keep it flat. I wish they would make car seats flat rather than having a high front and low butt. But you can't fix stupid Perry car companies don't seem to understand that sitting in that position in a car will damage your back and hips

  3. I went to a Chiropractor in another State and they used this tool while I layed on a table on my stomach,it was a trigger type thing with a rubber bumper on it and He tapped on every single vertebrae down my spine, when He got to my lower back (where it bumps out) it was an immediate release,I "walked" in there barely able to walk and left almost upright, the next day I went back and He did it again it completely took it away!

  4. It was amazing. I was searching for a video to treat my unbearable sciatic pain as I can't even sleep till 2am. This excercise reduced my pain a lot. Thanks a ton for the wonderful video. Wishes from India ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

  5. I have been in such sciatic pain for many many months. Happened to see this video and have been doing it often for two days and I already have a quite amazing improvement! Half the time when going out I have my crutches with me to make sure I donโ€™t fall and Iโ€™ve been walking around the house and in the yard well today already. Thank you so kindly! Iโ€™m hopeful I can walk enough to get my right leg very strong again!
