CBD oil is not water soluble in that tincture form, it wont be absorbed and metabolized by route of the stomach. Tinctures need a fat cell in order to be absorbed into the blood stream hence tinctures only going under the tongue. This drink wont work unless you use another form of CBD like nano emulsified or something similar
