  1. I ask a question to those that are opposed to these products: Are you OK with someone going into a liquor store and buying a bottle of vodka or whiskey or whatever and then going home and proceeding to drink half or more of said bottle of liquor? It seems like some people are just fine with someone consuming as much of one intoxicating substance as they want, but another is out of the question.

  2. It's not a loophole, based on the 2018 farm bill, you can have hemp legally as long as it's 0.3% thc. But from that legal hemp, any and all extracts are also made legal by definition of the law which the DEA accepted by the way.

That means by concentration of legal hemp, you can have a fairly strong feeling legal thc experience.

It's completely legal and within the scope of the 2018 farm bill. Cannabis is hemp, and all hemp contains at least a small amount of thc.

The federal government has also legally farmed cannabis in Mississippi for years and has several patients they five material to.

  3. I wonder if these loophole gummies can get you just as high as smoking a real joint or eating real cannabis derived gummies. I guess theres only one way to find out! šŸ˜Ž

  4. yeah the news always has to make everything look like its going to kill us. they make more of a fuss about legal marijuana than the obesity epidemic. people are allowed to be 500 pounds but smoking weed will kill you

  5. Did not like this thing. Tried yesterday. Took only 1 gummy, felt like I had smoked a very big joint by myself, and the effect is kind of mix of LSD and weed. Gets very intense and takes a long time to fade, made me shiver for a while, temperature felt like 5x colder than it actually was. Never taking this thing again.

  6. The reporters in this video are referring to the delta 9 "high" as if it's a pleasurable thing. For me, delta 9 has helped tremendously in terms of treatment for PTSD and anxiety reduction. When I am having severe flashbacks, I take it to help process the memories. It doesn't stop the memories from coming up, but it does help me process them. This is not a pleasurable experience at all. I don't have a medical marijuana card because that's not legal in my state yet. However, this loophole has quite literally saved my life. For over a year, I was not able to work due to how severe my PTSD was, and any prescribed medication that I took for it severely restricted my ability to work in different ways (I could not stay awake, I couldn't concentrate, I got very depressed).

I am an adult, so I can understand how it would not be great for kids to have unlimited access to this, in terms of brain development. But It's the same type of thing with alcohol. I have known people with PTSD who have become severe alcoholics. Delta 9 has not only done zero harm in terms of my ability to function on a daily basis, but has DRASTICALLY improved it. I went from being severely depressed, unable to hold a job, receiving government assistance, and not knowing where my next meal wasl going to come from, to now maintaining a 6-figure job for the last 7 months.

  7. So your more worried about an 18yo getting hands on low amounts of THC edibles (that have low risks) than alcohol (which have how many adverse effects)? But that same 18yo can legally sign up for "adult" work with no issues? Legalize the plant and tax the plant like every other state. People would still go about their lives either way, but stop pushing a false narrarive.

  8. Their characterization right off the bat is wrong. They are not taking THC and putting it in gummies, but just in smaller amounts. It is a completely different compound. Faux news is crushing it as usual.
