We live in America.. all Americans are treated equal supposedly so why are there people going to jail on one side of the United States and on the other side they walk free, that there is a breach of the Constitution, and all my constitutional rights. Alcohol is way worse the marijuana. Millions of Americans die every year because of alcohol how many Americans died behind marijuana. How many manslaughter accidents have been because of marijuana. Most people in jail only have simple possession of marijuana most people that get arrested from alcohol either drove out the road and got in an accident like a dumbass should have stayed home
Pharmaceuticals have nothing to worry about really they got about a third of today's population of seniors still taking opioids till they drop so I mean it's a win win?👨👴
Another thing many big opioid companies are opposing it because they are getting there business cut out and I say so what, no one likes to swallow pills your body can't process some of those chemicals correctly, in hense why do you think people who take pills some can feel the damage it's doing to there body no matter how much pain is taken away, God created the plant, Indians before America was invaded by Colombia were using it, so my question is why take away something that grows naturally and force man made products to people who could use the god given plant that has been around forever? And all those in the Bible belt u can't argue the facts given~he made the birds and the bees, as well as the grass and the trees.
I think it needs to be allowed asap I live with two grandparents who both take opioids to stay alive, if America wants to eliminate the opioid problem it's simple. Allow medicinal cannabis, not only will it cut down on crime rate, it will also help convict those who are still pushing out opioids that are killing the younger generation. My father suffers from a broken elbow which greatly reduced his working ability but also he suffers pain from it, and he's taken a trip to Colorado and has confirmed that medicinal marijuana has helped his pain. But back to the point. Medical marijuana has many pros to it's cons, all the cons are from those who oppose it like the Police force there trying to keep there conviction rates high, that's it, what happened to Police just doing there job to keep its states citizens safe not worrying about there arrest rate to keep there job, ticket count blah blah blah all the bs put in place to make people hate police. In theory all I'm saying is pass medical marijuana I want my grandma to see me get married have my first child, but I don't think that's possible if they have to keep taking the drugs the government says will "help" her when they know in the long run will kill her kidneys and kill her. 😠

I have IBS and my doctor has put me on 4 different kinds of meds. One of them costing almost $1,000… I’ve also tried multiple over the counter meds and lots of vitamins, probiotics, CBD, etc. nothing has helped me, some of those even seemed to make the symptoms worse. It would be nice to give this a shot, if they’d actually let us.
