Congrats on the success! My husbands a lawyer, and so are both of my in-laws, so I hear ALOT or legal talk. Iām just happy that this whole ālaw tubeā thing has exploded and ppl EVERYWHERE in the world, of ALL AGES, and any amnt of prior knowledge of the US legal system are able to learn more about the law now too; and they can turn to interesting, credible, passionate, and entertaining law professionals of ANY/ALL backgrounds.
Someone, somewhere, in some ivory tower, at some point in time, decided that this wasnāt a worthwhile subject to show on tv or make accessible to the masses (unless some sensational crime was involved)ā but they were wrongā¦ Because thousands will tune in to watch a lawyer put āboringā legal docs seemingly written in a foreign language on the screen and explain them line by line. Maybe this was deemed too dry, erudite & uninteresting for the common (wo)man? Or perhaps too niche for people to have a desire to better understand?? Well, they were obviously wrongā VERY wrong. Now, Ppl that didnāt go to law school donāt have to wait to be sued, arrested, or sign a contract or pay a lawyer possibly thousands of dollars to inadequately explain what is going on, what everything means, what the context is, what might/usually happens, and/or what the implications areā¦ Now everyone can have an opportunity (AS WE FUĀ¢KING SHOULD) to better understand the legal/justice system and laws that impact and govern our lives through a myriad of imperceptible ways to incomprehensible degrees, & have an Incalculable impact & immeasurable importanceā¦
The fact that ppl can access this commentary & community for FREE (although I have premium bc donāt no one have time for that commercial sh!t), enables everyone to have the opportunity to access this resource whom is curious abt the law, yearns to better understand and gain insight into our justice system, or whoās just plain tired of the same boring and bland traditional type of true crime/case/current event news coverage thats been ruled & dictated by media conglomerates for FAR TOO LONG.
Now, Ppl can choose what, where, how much and who we want to hear it fromā¦ so OBVIOUSLY a lot of us are grateful we can come here to listen to you discuss whatās going on in our country, legal system, and our society; & in the meantime, gain awareness & education in an easily digestible, convenient & enjoyable way. In particular, the addition of your balanced perspective, entertaining commentary, engaging personality and unique approach is what makes you so popular & globally appealing, IMO. While Iām glad that law to exist, the The thing Iām even MORE appreciative, and glad that ālawtubeā exists bc itās been amazing to witness the fact that SO MANY PPL(!!!) are obvs hungry for this knowledge!!! Iāve been blown away seeing just how many people are turning to independent media to seek out information and knowledge. impressed by, SO MANY ppl are interested in learning about the law (all areas/types) and delving into the nitty gritty aspects and complex details of intriguing cases, but also, the legal process, legal theory, how itās meant to work and the reality of what happens, as well as discussing the elements, arguments, precedents, implications and punishmentsā¦ weāre actually becoming a better, more knowledgeable & aware, tolerant, critical & analytical society! I honestly believe itāI have hope and faith that this platform/form of knowledge sharing is leading to our country becoming more enlightened and possibly more just. At least a littleā¦ itās free, and that means itās a level playing field. How else can ppl easily and conveniently learn whatās going on in our legal system and and what it means. I love the opportunity for discourse! Iām thankful for ppl like you, Scott, for working hard and dedicating your time and energy to helping the movement take hold and hopefully resulting in ppl knowing their rights and the constitution better. I love that you share your opinion and drop real world wisdom and share your viewpoint and experiencesā¦ reminding people to keep things in perspective and have a sense of humor when your talking about these topics. Itās great to see a defense attorney on here that reinforces and reminds people abt the importance of being innocent until proven guilty as well as the sacredness of justice and freedom snd all the things that our democratic system stands for and legal system promises the accused and victims too. Independent media sources, this platform, interaction and discourse with you and other viewers, your entertaining and no nonsense yet respectful and balanced reporting and commentary itās something I look forward to and keep coming back for. Iām just really happy to see that SO many other people across the different platforms are finding you and helping your impact grow. Iāve been watching you since you began so itās delightful to hear that others are readily seeking to learn about the law and real world examples of it at work. I wish you continued success and an even greater impact and influence on people that deserve to have a way to be more enlightened, informed, knowledgeable, capable, critical & analytical citizens. And Iām glad so many other are recognizing your unique approach, enthusiasm, sarcasm, experience and thoughtfulness. We all benefit when we all know and stand up for our rights and promote, protect and respect the justice system and the laws of our country and remember that justice is blind and we all deserve to be treated the same in her eyes. One can hope, at leastā¦
Scott, I believe you are the finest lawyer I have ever seen, and not because you win a lot of cases. You believe in the law 100%, and you genuinely love the law.
I also believe you are not political either way, democrat or republican when it comes to the law.
The law is what guides you no matter who is in front of you. I think you are a good and honest man.
You're so right Scott. I'm furious what they did to a president of the US whether he's formerly in office or not. Why didn't they go after the Clinton's or Bidens? Such hypocrisy.

lol youre so biased it ridiculous. You have NO idea how those boxes were gathered yet you are clearly suggesting it was done improperly. WITH NO EVIDENCE bc that happened behind closed doors. You claiming you are non political in your analysis is laughable. Get off it
That Redlick trial was unbelievable. I can't believe she got away with it. Not even manslaughter. He was her stepfather before he married her and there was toxicity and domestic violence between them, so guessing jury couldn't get over fact he married his stepdaughter. But she wasn't any better, got probation for attacking civil servant, so also had issues. As horrible as domestic violence is, I still believe there shouldn't be excuse for killing someone. it shouldn't be first choice. She was also drunk whilst she killed him and was worried she'll get into trouble for breaching her probation. She left her kid with him alone. So obviously not that scared. Why not pack kids, dog and drive to police station to get restraining order and divorce???
