  1. FYI-I read about the alpha lipoid acid and purchased them. The next day I was inflamed with body rashes. It’s the only different thing I had been exposed to. I looked up alpha lipoid again and noticed it causes rashes for some people. Just letting people know because I spent money I can’t get back and it was a huge inconvenience for a few days.

  2. New to your channel and podcast! I’m obsessed with the knowledge and advice you give to every topic and with great detail. Your show is motivating me to start a journey to fit and healthy!

Mean BMI was lowest in vegans (23.6 kg/m2) and incrementally higher in lacto-ovo vegetarians (25.7 kg/m2), pesco-vegetarians (26.3 kg/m2), semi-vegetarians (27.3 kg/m2), and nonvegetarians (28.8 kg/m2). Prevalence of type 2 diabetes increased from 2.9% in vegans to 7.6% in nonvegetarians; the prevalence was intermediate in participants consuming lacto-ovo (3.2%), pesco (4.8%), or semi-vegetarian (6.1%) diets. After adjustment for age, sex, ethnicity, education, income, physical activity, television watching, sleep habits, alcohol use, and BMI, vegans (OR 0.51 [95% CI 0.40–0.66]), lacto-ovo vegetarians (0.54 [0.49–0.60]), pesco-vegetarians (0.70 [0.61–0.80]), and semi-vegetarians (0.76 [0.65–0.90]) had a lower risk of type 2 diabetes than nonvegetarians.

  4. Sooo I been doing the abdominal thing since a kid to hide my fat stomach. Funny part is before I started losing weight my max was 300lbs and anybody I mentioned it to couldn't believe me and said I looked 30lbs lighter. Apparently I was doing something right. I'm down to 240lbs after 3 months.

  5. Trump passed the “Right to try” act/bill which allows terminally ill patients to take drugs still in trial or not approved yet in attempts to save their own lives

  6. Awesome routine ! A diet based on HIGH PROTEIN intake it s important for everyone who is hitting the gym, playing sports, going for runs or doing any other form of exercise. Very educative ! Thank you guys !

  7. Only listened to clips before but I loved the first trip to the movies chat so much I’ve been missing out on the non fitness stuff!

  8. Really can’t fucking stand the anti vaccine shit that comes out from this show. Love everything else about the show except when Sal can’t help but inject his stupid ass crazy far right nonsense. Really wish they would stay away from any political talk. It absolutely chaps my ass, and this goes with anyone in my personal life trying to talk politics. Can’t fucking stand it. Please just shut up and talk about something else. Left and right wingers. Just shut the hell up about your political views. Please. I don’t care if you hate Trump. I don’t care if you hate Biden. Just shut the hell up please.

  9. I just discovered you guys and wow let me tell you I am now finally having hope to get to where I want to be!! I’m trying to enlist in the United States Air Force and listening to y’all be real and not sugar coat but give valid information and beneficial advice I think I’m gonna reach my goal!! Thank you for all you do!

  10. With the schizophrenia case, I really wish we could have funding to disprove our current science for a certain period so we can have more concrete information.

Currently on a bulk, 23, thanks for keeping my gym sessions entertaining 😁

  11. Man I am so grateful for you guys!! Until I found Mind Pump a couple of months ago I found myself stumbling through the mess of the health and fitness world. It’s really a breath of fresh air hearing people talk common sense about topics that have been politicized and way misleading. I have my first baby on the way and I really want to get the Maps bundle before the little one comes!!

  12. Nothing better than sitting down listening to you three handsome men after the gym. Brings the night shift in a hell of a lot easier. Keep doing what you are doing, learning so much about nutrition and varying up training programs etc. can't thank you enough.. even though the good lady is fed the fk up with hearing about you all haha 😀 <3

  13. Great Podcast guys as always. Listening from Africa 🌍, Somalia 🇸🇴. U guys are breaching continents with ur golden content helping out real fitness crazies like us. Thanks and keep up the good work.

  14. Hey guys been listening to the show since 2018, been a trainer since 2020, but I’ve only recently acquired to clients that are really aggressively adamant about being trained with no breaks as many exercises as possible for the entire hour. My instinct is to not do that and instead educate them on why it is so important to rest but one of them has rising estrogen levels and doesn’t even want to be there and the other client just wants to use the sessions as quickly as possible. I remember someone was on your show and said that they wouldn’t train anybody that wasn’t willing to hear the truth, so should I just stick to my guns and only train them the correct way or should I find some way to comprise and give the client what they’re asking for?

  15. The best thing I love about these guys is coming to an episode expecting to learn one thing and unexpectedly learning so much more! This explains why I have lower back pain 😏

  16. You’re not kidding about the back brace. One of my previous jobs required that I wear and although it was great for when we had to put away truck orders it was completely useless the rest of the time and I actually started to develop back pain from it. It was probably the equivalent of me “taking off a bra” at the end of the day.
