CBD for triathletes is something that’s been very questioned lately: does it help with sleep, does it bring down inflammation, does it …

  1. This was actually insightful! I've been trying to search for a YouTube video like yours that explains the stuff in this YouTube video.Your breakdown really reminds me of the channel from this awesome Dr Ethan. Doctor's demonstrations are really helpful and I really learned a lot for my diet. He is an educational Dr in Nottingham and he explains vaccines!

I recommend you see his page out and give Doctor Ethan a like here! ➑️ #DrEthanEducation

  2. I'm a 53 year old new Trainiac! Hoping to be ready for a half Ironman next year. CBD is my best friend, hold the devil's lettuce! LOL!πŸ‘πŸ˜

  3. It’s not a very balanced video when the two people who are interviewed are both associated with Ikor the biggest performance sports CBD manufacturer. Should really change the video title to β€œmarketing video for Ikor sponsored people.” Seems a bit disingenuous to me. Must be some kickback Ikor booty bags in it for you.

  4. I've used CBD lotion for my tendinitis in my shoulder. It took a couple weeks for it to really start working but I went from not being able to lift a gallon of milk with my left arm to being able to bench 225 with no pain. So I believe if you use to correct CBD from the correct company and not from your CBD store that used to be a gas station it will work. At least that is my experience

  5. yikes, i get nervous when I hear people make vague statements like "you may not even require blood pressure medicine anymore." I understand anecdotal stories, but those should not be confused with science based studies and fact. just be careful everyone.

  6. Older triathletes (40+) should get their thyroid checked. BF who trains noticed he felt tired all the time despite being in good health (he's a world champ age grouper). Trip to the doc and found out it was his thyroid. Results now are better sleep, energy back, easier recoveries. Thyroid issues can be common amoung athletes. Never hurts to get tested.

  7. Can only speak from personal experience. Had a bulging disc in back causing sciatica, didn't want to take prescribed drugs for pain relief as some weren't even touching the pain. Got some CBD and it deals with the pain, can stretch and sciatica stops almost instantly. Had this a few times it's now my go to. Done this a few times as had some flare ups since the first episode. Would recommend it and have done

  8. Good luck finding pure CBD that is legit. So much garbage and highly counterfeited CBD out there. We have over 40 weed shops in our city
Of 70,000 and I guarantee none of them have legit CBD.

  9. a few points:

1- selective breading – is this genetically modified ?
2- improve sleep and anxiety – why don't just meditate ?
3- science says…- is this a joke ? the vast majority of scientific research suffers from bias and planning flaws. Scientific research results shows what the funder wants to show. If it does not show that, it is not published.
4- do you know what the placebo effect is ?

  10. Be careful with CBD. If you are in a DOT (Department of Transportation) sensitive job with random drug tests (like me….) CBD can have trace amounts of THC which is the brain altering compound and you will test positive for THC and ultimately end up having to go into drug rehab, and potentially lose your job. Think twice before taking.
