Another awesome episode! Wait, what? Taylor has haters….? WTF WHY?! He's a wealth of knowledge. Look forward to the next one, Ones Ready! Oh, and Taylor? GO RAMS!
Oh damn! This makes a lot of sense. I have seen some gains from my YouTube workouts . I chalk that up to being “deconditioned and weak” lol, but now I’m seeing a digression In all areas of training. I was thinking that I’m too old to start going this route but hoping after watching that I’ve just been going about it all wrong. I will be changing some things immediately. Thanks for sharing this information. 🙏🏼
Genetics and age are a bitch, and overtraining is a thing. I think when we were young, we had no idea what the difference was between training soreness and what was injury. Back in the old timey days of football before WWII when players played both ways, as they used to say, most dudes looked the same because they had to do everything. Folks need to stop looking at pro athletes as a physical model because they get built up and train to do a few very specific things. Unfortunately not every great high school athlete succeeds in college and not every great college athlete succeeds in the pros. On the other hand, it's not always the most physically gifted guys who make it, but the person who has no quit in them.
I started using blue light glasses about 2 hours before bed. I haven’t thought about the 5G thing. Do you guys feel like those glasses actually give the same benefit as not having the phone at all?
This series with Coach Starch is the best podcast(s) I've seen in years. Thank you for this.

Wealth of knowledge is an understatement

How do you eat during events without having issues like cramping or possibly throwing it up?
