I had a bout of wrist pain after a knitting sprint. After about two days of semi-regular use of heat packs, self-massage, and a brace at night it was gone 😄
I have had really bad shoulder/neck pain for months now and had to stop crafting completely for a while. I’m now doing some but have to be careful and do exercises every day. So this is really important thanks xxx
