oat bran does the trick for me to get my insulin resistance under control and makes it possible to lose weight again. here is a short comparison: 100g oat flakes: 58g carbs, 10g fiber 100g oat bran: 48g carbs, 15g fiber this is why i go with oat bran instead of oat flakes. more fiber, less carbs.
Okay I don’t understand why people do so well on carnivore and without any fiber? They cure autoimmune diseases and so on. Such conflicting info. How to know who is right ?
What about the people saying your gut microbes can adjust to whatever you get them used to, including 0 fibre.its not black and white, anyone saying this is good that is bad is wrong.Everyone preaches to eat healthy but we don't even know what is healthy, medicine is so farr off what it could become, until then , it's a stumble in the dark guessing things, guessing!
35-? Grams but you didn't say how much that translates to in food… eg how many cups of broccoli or wild rice etc. Would be efficient to the aim of your video to actually know what to eat; as in how much. A few examples ease the complete unrelatable ambiguity of grams.

Unfortunately that's not for everyone !! I have immune reaction for fiber for a while because of infections and I only thing I had was carnivore 😁😁 ! So that's video not the whole solutions or even the whole story about gut disorders
I did a 2 week fruit and veggies cleanse a while back and felt great, digestion improved etc. One of the main reasons is I was actually getting enough fiber. He is 100 percent correct that most Americans don't.
Man, I have chronic intermittent constipation that doesn't respond to anything. I thought my codeine use was making it worse but I have to quit every 3 months for my drug tests & that's not the case. Even in acute withdrawals no pooping was happening last month even after 7 days clean. I eat Fiber All cereal every couple days, drink 1 gallon of water per day (minimum) & exercise but it does nothing. Then I'll be in a state of relative normalcy for no reason. Probiotics just make me feel tired & borderline sick. Could endometriosis be the cause? I've been this way my whole life but I really thought the painkillers were playing a bigger role than they are.
Also, add Pomegranates or if you can find Yellow Himalayan Raspberry which are rich in ellagitannins which populate your gut with this strain of bacteria known as "Akkermansia Muciniphila" I learnt about it from Dr. William Li and how it prevents us from so many diseases.
I hated Pomegranates but I'm addicted to it now. I make vinegar out of its juice, i ferment its juice sometimes, make sodas, make water kefir using its juice, it's just the best fruit God has gifted us.
Plus, in India it's grown everywhere, i sometimes ask my neighbours to give me their organic fruits and give them mine in return.

Take this advice with a grain of salt. He lied to us all through out the pandemic.
Fiber is not needed or good for the human body. Meat or a carnivore diet will sort out a messed up gut 👍

I understand whole organic food is better but… Are you saying processed oats and brown bread do not help at all?
